Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on any items that you wish to
buy and put them into the Basket. After you have finished your selection, click
on "Pay Now" and you will be taken to Paypal to complete your transaction. We use
PayPal to process our transactions because it is secure, simple and efficient. When
you place an order, PayPal takes your credit card payment and passes the payment
on to us - we never have access to your card details. You can pay from funds within
a Paypal account, or simply pay by credit card (you do not need a Paypal account
in order to purchase from our site—most major credit cards are accepted). More details

We also accept payment by cheques. Just complete an order from (downloaded off the
website) and send the completed order form with a cheque for the correct amount

Shipping And Handling
All our prices include delivery to a mainland UK address. All prints are wrapped
in acid-free tissue paper then securely packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine
condition.cUK print orders are sent by Royal Mail's ‘recorded delivery’, and require
a signature upon delivery.
If you request that your print is framed, completed frame will be sent out by courier
service. Once again a signiture upon delvery will be required.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days of your payment clearing.
Please specify if your order is urgent so that we can advise you should there be
a delay.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is included.

Unwanted Goods / Returns
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then, provided
that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its
original packaging), along with the wrapping within 28 days of delivery, we will
exchange it or offer a refund. Methods of return are as follows:
By Post. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
To our address at Stockport. Simply return the item to us for a replacement or refund
within 28 days. Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service for special
orders (Bespoke products).
This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. If you
post the item to us, or we collect it, we will endeavour to send you a replacement
or refund your payment, within 14 days.
Refunds - Payments made via Paypal will be refunded subject to
Paypal's terms & conditions. Payments made by cheque will be refunded
via cheque from Thatgoal.
