When you place an order, PayPal takes your credit card payment and passes the payment on to us - we never have access to your card details. All prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper then securely packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. UK ltd edition prints and canvas orders are sent by Royal Mail/Courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days of your payment clearing. Please specify if your order is urgent so that we can advise you should there be a delay. Simply return the item to us for a replacement or refund within 28 days. Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service for special orders (Bespoke framed products). This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. If you post the item to us, or we collect it, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment, within 14 days.
